CANCELLATION POLICY
Before registration or cancelling, please read our cancellation policy in its entirety.
1. Cancellations up to 1 month prior to drop off day will receive 100% refund (less the non-refundable deposit).
2. Cancellations less than 1 month prior to drop off day will be will receive a 50% refund (less the non-refundable deposit).
3. Cancellation less than 1 week prior to drop off day will not receive a refund.
4. Cancellations for medical reasons, including injury and illness, will receive full refund (less the non-refundable deposit).
5. Once camp has started, if a camper is required to go home due to injury or illness, a refund will be pro-rated based on number of days attended.
6. No refunds will be given for breach of camper code of conduct during camp.
